Youth Programs

Cache Pride Center gives youth a physical and emotionally safe space to come and be themselves. Each week we provide a hot meal and check-in with our youth. Our groups are tailored to the needs of our youths through support groups, individually crafted lessons to develop lifelong skills, creative expression workshops, games, peer support, guided discussions, LGBTQ+ education, and during the school year, tutoring to see our youth succeed in school. During our groups, our youth have access to food, clothing, and hygiene items to provide for their basic needs. We also provide assistance in accessing affirming health care, mental health care, local organizations, suicide prevention, and additional relevant resources.

Peer Support Groups

Through our designated form of communication, we provide a venue for sharing ideas, information, emotional support, strategies, resources, frustrations, and successes.

Additional Services

Cache Pride Center is dedicated to serving the LGBTQ+ community of Cache Valley outside of our regular programming. For LGBTQ+ youth and families in need of food, clothing, hygiene items, and temporary housing/shelter, we will always strive to provide for their basic needs and safety. In addition, we are happy to assist in accessing affirming health care and mental health care.1
