1. Over the age of 18
2. Are committed to making a difference in their community
3. Align with our goals of supporting and protecting LGBTQ+ youth in Cache Valley
4. Have experience working with: teens, mental health, nonprofits, fundraising, resource acquisition, event planning, or social media
